Q:Hallor, I'm gonna be blunt with you. It seems to me that you have some sort of deep anger for anything that does not agree with your way of thinking how the world should work. I get that you're annoyed by the treatment of sexuality, gender and race out in the media, and believe me I am too. But you don't have to get so bitter and angry at anyone who says something you don't like or agree with. Basically, stop behaving like a hypocrite. If you think Moffat's an ass, then don't be one. yourself.

hah no I don’t have some deep underlying anger. I’m pretty easy going irl. but if I find something problematic, I’ll say so.

I’ve time and time again said that it’s fine if people disagree with me, that’s cool, because people in general aren’t in a position where they have thousands or millions of people who listen to them or look up to them. In the case of Moffat, he’s someone who pretty much has as much privilege as it’s possible to get, and people listen to him. So if he is saying things that I think are harmful or are enforcing what I believe are harmful stereotypes in his writing, I’ll say so.

I won’t seek out fans who agree with him and tell them they’re wrong, I have never done so and I never will, they’re free to agree with him if they want to. But I don’t agree, and I will say why. I’ve had angry mobs of Moffat fans after me on both twitter and tumblr, simply for disagreeing with Moffat, but I won’t treat others the same way. Because that would make me a hypocrite.

I’m aware that my tone on this blog has been less than polite a couple of times, but I have apologized when I’ve stepped over the line. Something I’ve never seen Moffat do.
